The overall experience was good during our stay at Park Royal. The rooms were spacious, including the bathroom and toilet facilities. Although we didn't cook, we used the plates and vessels and noticed that some of them need to be replaced. Some cups had stains (dark spots) due to aging. Therefore, I suggest replacing them promptly as they age. The front-end staff and dining staff can be pleasant, but some of them seemed unhappy, which was reflected on their faces.

Room no 2502 Sofa very bad, springs poking you when you sit. In breakfast, same menu repeats everyday. No Sugarfree or Equal available at breakfast.

The room was comfortable - nice size and the full kitchen is a good touch even if not doing any cooking. The bed and pillow were both very comfortable. There is construction going on across the street that will go into 2025. It is loud - starts early and goes well past 5pm. Unfortunately, our room looked out to the building next door. Quite disappointed in that as the KL skyline is pretty spectacular. Nice pool on top floor. Really appreciated the DIY laundry. The rooms are a little tired looking though.

Excellent Hotel. It's near city center. KLCC twin tower is very nearby. Shopping mall are also nearby.

Nice Hotel and nice friendly stuff. Front desk stuffs are very cooperative but not agile. price reasonable. Toilet is not well organized. Some Old fittings are there. Not expect such a quality of toilet in such a International standard hotel.
